The item must not have any fragrances, odors, pet hair, damage, or been washed. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Care instructions
Faux leather & Vinyl can be machine washed. However, hand-washed and air dry is recommended and will keep your tags looking newer longer.
Cork, holographic, glitter tags, and Ultrasuede tags and patches are hand-washed and air dry only.

The items were perfect, the price was very reasonable, The shipping was as expected. Very happy with the transaction. I will be buying many more from this seller. I have had a few not so good experiences on Etsy. People that completely delete my order after I think it’s coming because I ask a question Or they’re just extremely rude.
