Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
I generally do not accept returns but am completely open to resolving any problems that may occur. I feel the best strategy is to head off any problems before they even happen. If you have any questions whatsoever about any items I am selling, please ask and I will be happy to provide you with more details.
Conditions of return
If a return or exchange has been agreed upon, then the item must be returned in completely original, clean, unworn, unstretched, new condition. The item must not have any fragrances, odors, pet hair, damage, or been washed. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. In most cases, return shipping cost with tracking is the responsibility of the buyer. The item must be carefully packaged for return so that it won't get damaged/mangled in transit. Faux leather & Vinyl can be machine washed. However, hand-washed and air dry is recommended and will keep your tags looking newer longer.
Cork, holographic, glitter tags, and Ultrasuede tags and patches are hand-washed and air dry only.
